Business Grade 3CX VoIP and nexVortex SIP Service

Global TechForce provides enterprise business with the 3CX Phone System for Windows.  3CX is a software based PBX that replaces a traditional hardware PBX with an open standard, easily manageable IP PBX. It allows companies to cut call costs, PBX administration and increase productivity at the same time.  3CX Phone System is licensed based on the number of simultaneous calls (internal & external) that your company makes. All editions support an unlimited number of extensions. Global Techforce is a 3CX partner and can provide the license and support.

3CX is available in 3 versions:

  • for Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and Windows7
  • for Android 1.6, 2.1, 2.2 based devices such as Google Nexus, Sony Xperia, Motorola Droid or Samsung Galaxy
  • for Iphone 3G, 3GS and 4

Global TechForce has selected nexVortex as it’s SIP trunking provider to support the 3CX PBX.  nexVortex services allow businesses to sever the ties from traditional hardwired switched phone service and make VoIP phone calls directly from the 3CX IP PBX VoIP enabled devices by leveraging a new or existing internet connection.

  • Emergency Services.. Your safety is important to us. We support both 911 calling and E911 calling where available.
  • Accurate Billing – The nexVortex billing platform was designed and created for billing SIP Trunking business customers. The real time billing platform enables customers with the ability to order new services and upgrade/downgrade their plans with the click of a mouse while providing simple easy to read statements.
  • Advanced User Portal – Every customer is provided with a portal to put the power in their hands to manage their account. Real time billing statements, number ordering, number routing, Disaster Recovery Routing management, Caller ID control, and CDR reporting are all accessible for you to control online.
  • Audio Conferencing. All customer accounts come with an audio conferencing bridge. *Disaster Recovery Routing with automatic detection provides the ability to automatically fail-over to back up analog, cellular or PRI lines in the event of an internet or PBX failure. This fail-over feature can be added to any account and comes free with some of our plans.
